Hello and welcome to Metal. I am going to show you how to create an organization, create an event so that you can get started on metal, please. Excuse, copy number one and copy number two uh at a metal wheel work from home, which is fantastic, but it does mean we have company. So I'm gonna share my screen with you and get started. So I've got two screens. So I've been looking this way. So you will land here once you've created your um account on metal and you've verified your account, you're gonna land here. So if you want to start hosting events, firstly, we're gonna need to find an organization or create one. So we're gonna create it. Disease support organization. OK? Uh They're similar ones. I'm happy to continue. So we're gonna say this is for demo purpose. It's a fuller. I'm gonna be a professional body. We're gonna have support email, we're not gonna have a logo. Um Visibility is going to be public. That's us. Who created, that's how easy it is to create your organization on the platform. Now you can start teaching. So what we're gonna do is, is host an event. So we're gonna create our first event. OK? So this is our first event. It's gonna be fully online. It's open to everyone. So it's a community event. We're gonna have it on Tuesday from I'm happy 12 to 1 next. We're gonna just, we're not gonna type anything in there. Really specialities. We can t any speciality we like and we can type in keywords too. I'm gonna use Metal Registration because it makes life easy. Um I'm gonna use Metal Live again. It makes life easy. And yes, I'm gonna have a feedback form now for now. I don't want my event to be seen by anyone. So I'm gonna click that. It's a test event. Ok? That means I can work on my event. I can create it, add things to it and no one can see it until I'm ready and I had my first ticket. It's gonna be online and that's me add um a summary learning objectives. But what I'm gonna do because this is super important is I'm just gonna take a look at my feedback form. Now, this is just a generic one here. I can add more questions if I want to, I can edit questions here and I can move around them. The feedback form and attendance certificate is connected. So on the next page, you'll see that we have um the attendance certificate. So you're gonna browse pick your logo, you're gonna browse pick, pick your signature, you're gonna type in your name. Um And then click next, you can download a sample of that too. You're gonna click finish and you're gonna click exception responses and what we wanna do, this is quite smart is that my event is running 12 to 1. So at one o'clock on the 16th, everybody who has attended my event will have um the feedback form in the inbox. If I toggled that off, I need to get it to them somehow. So toggling that on just means that they're all gonna get, get a copy of it. Um And once they've completed the feedback form, then their attendance certificate will be on their medal account. Um So that's kind of it. Um We can have a look at our event. So this is our event here. This is the link that I'm gonna share. Now we can go in and this as a, as a um as an organizer or an admin or a moderator. This is what I'm gonna see. I can join the stage. So what I'm gonna do now is show you how to share your screen. So I'm gonna share my screen first. There we go. So what you're gonna do is click on this middle button here, it says present now you can share your entire screen. So like I said, I've got two screens, you can share your entire screen and just click on share. Make sure it's got, make sure you go along to entire screen and it's got a blue frame around it and click share or you can share as a PDF, which is a lot easier. It allows you to still see the um the questions and still be a part of it. But would it be a part of the chat? But what it doesn't allow you to do is use your pointer or any animated images. Um So that's how this is me joining my other event to go live. You just click on this and you'll see that go round and round and round and then it'll go red to end the call. So it's now gone red to end the call. You click down here and you say stop broadcasting when you broadcast, you're automatically recording. Another thing we have here is um questions and polls so we can put questions in here now. Um So we can put questions in and as an organizer or a moderator or a speaker, I can actually add this to AQ and a then what I can do is um at the end of the event. So, so there's lots of questions in there, but there's also a lot of chat in there too. What I'll do is I'll see all my questions listed in Q and A and I can start the Q and A and what that'll do is just pop up the questions down the bottom. This here will say next. Um I can pop up another question, add it to the Q and A and now I have two questions in here. So I can, so we've got this one. How easy is me to use? And I can say next question, how easiest feedback to use. And then I finish my Q and A s, it's super simple. Your delegates know that it's been added to AQ and A. So they'll know that. Oh My question's been added. I don't need to repeat it. You can also do polls so you can create a poll here. This can either be added to a cube for later on. So you can come in early on in the day and pop them in or you can and then you just need to do start pulling or you can pull straight away with it. What happens is this will pop up on everyone's screen belt and submit and then it'll show up in your pulse right here. Uh which is also in the messages right here. You can also pop your feedback in the chat if you wish just by just going here and send the feedback form and that will appear here. Um And that's it, it's not easy to use. Um That's all there is to it. If you want your recording, you can find that as well. Let me take you back to um our event you can find. So this is the back end, we're going back to the back end again. You can find your recordings here. You can see it's processed and then you can just click on add to on demand, you can crop it a little bit. I click in on these um click next uh pop in a title, whatever you want to call it, pop in some more information and add the video. It's as simple as that. Um So that is Metal.
