Widening Participation Medics Network was founded in May 2020 to provide a supportive community to underrepresented groups that breaks down barriers at all stages of the medical journey by sharing resources, experiences and opportunities. Our vision is to make the medical workforce representative of the community it serves by eliminating barriers and inspiring future leaders.
