In this 1 hour session, Dr Rosie Spooner will give you the ideas, inspiration and tools needed to get started with implementing sustainability-driven quality improvement projects in your local hospital. The focus will be on quality improvement methodology and how to go about instigating change within your department/practice.

Already part of a sustainable healthcare society, or green departmental working group? If yes, bring them along! If no, then gather a few colleagues to create one, and this can be your first event!
